Zen Backcare Pilates

Who: Suitable for all fitness levels. Perfect for those wanting to improve core muscles and alleviate back pain.

Class Duration: 1 hour

Zen Backcare Pilates is a traditional mat pilates class tailored to alleviate pain and strengthen the back and its surrounding areas. Our dedicated Pilates Instructors skilfully guide you through a series of controlled movements, designed to increase strength, provide relief from back pain and enhance your overall well-being. 

Zen Barre Pilates

Who: Those wanting to work hard, burn calories and improve stamina

Class Duration: 1 hour

If you live for a workout that increases your heart rate, burns calories and releases endorphins, then this is for you. Zen Barre Pilates is an invigorating 60 minute class where our experienced Instructors masterfully combine the best of ballet barre, yoga and pilates into a full-body workout that’s fun, fast-paced and most importantly, effective.  

Zen Wall Pilates

Who: Those who love to shake things up, all fitness levels are welcome

Class Duration: 1 hour

Fall in love with your new favourite work-out when you try a Zen Wall Pilates Class. Described as an elevated version of power pilates, our Zen Wall Pilates class relies on a unique wall system including clips and belts which optimise your workout and enable you to improve your muscle tone, posture and flexibility.
